Satisfaction Guarantee/Shipping/Return Policy

We take every precaution to guarantee the correctness and quality of the items you are buying. from measures and weights to numerous excellent photos taken from various perspectives. We work hard to ensure that the product you want to purchase will meet your needs. You can easily return your order for a refund or exchange if you’re not happy for any reason. This is how we let you know that you can make a confident purchase. You have 14 days to return an item; if you do, you will be charged for the cost of return shipping to our location as well as a processing fee of up to 20%.

A refund will be given once the item has been received and examined for damage or neglect. If neglect is discovered, a repair estimate will be written and deducted from the reimbursement. Before scheduling a return shipment, you must get in touch with us. A 5% processing fee will be applied to canceled orders.

With standard free shipping, your purchases will be properly packaged and dispatched within 2 business days from the date of purchase. Usually, freight goods will arrive between two to five business days. Once the item leaves our facility, you will receive an email with tracking information and an anticipated delivery date.

Quotes for next-day or overnight shipping are available at the buyer’s expense.

Freight shipping: Since most carriers simply need to deliver curbside, make sure you have the assistance you need to unload your cargo. You can be charged for a redelivery attempt if no one is home when they try to deliver.

CUSTOM WORK

There are no refunds for custom work; to begin any custom work, a deposit must be made. You have 30 days to settle the outstanding payment after being informed that the project is finished. A compounding fee of $50.00 or 2%, whichever is higher, will be applied each month until the invoice is paid in full after 30 days have passed. All Taxidermy LLC may list your project or projects for sale at any price we determine after 60 days of notification of project completion. The project, your down payment, and any other payments you make to All Taxidermy to cover shop labor and materials will be forfeited at the time of sale.
